Brook, sexual health services and education and wellbeing services for young people, and the British Association for Sexual Health and HIV (BASHH) have received funding from the Department of Health and Social Care to update the Spotting the Signs (StS) toolkit.
Since the original StS toolkit was created in 2014, the understanding of sexual and criminal exploitation of young people has developed. In the update of StS, we want to support the recognition of and responses to both sexual and criminal exploitation of children and young people. Your thoughts and experiences in relation to both sexual and criminal exploitation will be sought in the focus groups and will be valuable in the update of the toolkit. Our aim is to make the toolkit even better in helping professionals respond to young people who may need support.
There are two professional consultation dates to choose from and both events will be facilitated using the same format. You can book directly on to one of the dates via the Eventbrite links below.
