Neil Moulden: Chair

Neil Moulden has held the post of Chief Executive of Derbyshire Dales CVS since 2004, having joined the CVS in 2002.

In addition, he is an Associate Governor at Castle View School in Matlock; a Board and Executive Committee member of the High Peak and Derbyshire Dales Local Strategic Partnership; a Board member of Third Sector Support for Derbyshire (3D) and is a member of the Leader Local Action Group, a member of the Southern Derbyshire CCG Lay Reference Group, and is the Chair of the Peak District Local Nature Partnership.

He has formerly chaired the Peak District Rural Deprivation Forum and the College of the Peak. He has served as Treasurer of the Derbyshire Learning and Development Consortium, a Director and Trustee of Rural Action Derbyshire, and a Director and Company Secretary of Alternatives Activity Centre in Derby. Prior to joining Derbyshire Dales CVS, Neil spent two years working in a Community Development role for the Peak District Rural Deprivation Forum, and before that was the Administrator of Derbyshire Community Foundation for 6 years, and worked in the printing industry for 10 years.

Marilyn Haughton

Marilyn has been on our board of trustees since April 2008. Marilyn has 20 years experience of managing a project working with adults involved in prostitution and with sexually exploited children and young people. Marilyn recently worked in private practice as a counsellor and as a supervisor. Marilyn is a consultant and trainer in all areas of prostitution and sexual exploitation.


Gill Gibbons

Gill has been on our board of trustees since March 2011. Her day job is CEO at PACE (Parents Against Child Sexual Exploitation).



Rebecca Cadman-Jones

Rebecca was appointed as a Trustee in September 2014.

Rebecca is the Managing Director of KC Jones conference&events Limited, specialising in the planning and management of conferences, seminars, training events, product launches, media launches, exhibitions and promotional events, organising and directing approximately 80 conferences per annum. Also incorporating KC Jones training&development, offering a flexible range of training opportunities designed to meet individual and organisational needs at our own venue, The Coach House in Derby.

She is a shareholder of The Conference Works Limited, providing set & stage, lighting, sound, projection and AV for conferences and events. She is a past Chair of the Association of British Professional Conference Organisers (ABPCO).

Ian Hynes

Ian was appointed as a Trustee in August 2015.

With a background of 38 years international investigative experience, Ian was the Interview Manager and Advisor for Greater Manchester police (GMP) for 12 years. Ian is passionate about exceptional quality investigation and interviewing, and has advised and written policy and strategy on over 100 homicide investigations, gangland murders, serious sexual offence investigations, and reviewed numerous high stakes investigations nationally and internationally.

George Nicholson

George’s career has been spent mainly in the technology industry, in several senior executive positions with market leaders such as Nortel, Marconi and Telcordia where he was responsible for multi million pound budgets. He has also led small start-ups and market pioneers in mobile, data centres and other leading edge technologies. His career has allowed him to sample living and working in US/Canada/Central America/Middle East & Europe. Nowadays he runs his own telecoms company, Juno Telecoms delivering communications solutions to SMB’s in the UK. He is past Chairman of the Derbyshire Enterprise Agency, and is currently Treasurer at Derbyshire Districts Citizens Advice Bureau, and holds a NED position at The Seat Design Company, a leading supplier to the Automotive, Marine & Rail industries.
