RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your products were received by you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It does not have to be returned in original packaging.

Items which have been ordered with bespoke elements – such as your details on posters may not be returned.

To complete your return, we require your order/invoice number. You will then need to return the items to us at Innovation House.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If an item or items are returned incomplete we may issue a part refund, or none at all. You will be notified if this happens.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Jane@nwgnetwork.org.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jane@nwgnetwork.org and then return your item to: Suite 2 Innovation House, East Service Road, Raynesway, Derby, DBY, DE21 7BF, United Kingdom.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Suite 2 Innovation House, East Service Road, Raynesway, Derby, DBY, DE21 7BF, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The cost of items from the Shop are inclusive of shipping costs within the UK mainland. If you are outside this area please contact jane@nwgnetwork.org for a quote

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order at anytime. Please email jane@nwgnetwork.org as soon as you cancel. If you have already received your goods you will be liable for return postage costs. A full refund will be given in accordance with details above.

Delivery Timescales

All items with the exception of Safeguarding Me Board Game and SaySomething Roller Banner are dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of payment. Safeguarding Me and Roller Banner are dispatched within 10 working days of receipt of payment.
